Shipping Policy

 

All items ship within 3-5 business days excluding Pre and Back ordered items (see Pre/Back Order Policy below)

Pre-Order/ Back Order Policy:



Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…


     When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Cards in the Box, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.



 

     Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

    Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | cs@cardsinthebox.com
